Knights Inn Lumberton

Place was really clean and location is very convenient

We had 2 adults and 2 children. There were only 2 towels, and a half roll of toilet paper. Under the sheet was a hard piece of something that might have been food or something else. The phone didn't work so I couldn't call the desk. We got in really late so I went to the desk in the morning to discuss (nicely) my disappointment. The receptionist, the same one from late last night said he told me the phone didn't work and I should have come up to the front desk. It was after 11:30 and we were already ready for bed. He basically called me a liar when I said, no one told us the phone didn't work. I will never stay at a Knights Inn again. Even the 8yr old thought it was disgusting.

Front desk manager was very rude and showed a lot of attitude when we simply asked to check in a few minutes early. Not friendly service at all and won’t be returning.

Since the room was the last pet friendly place that had a vacancy we had to take it, even though the floors were spongy. There was a coffee maker but no pot, a tissue holder, but no box of tissues. The beds and pillows obviously hadn't been replaced for 15-20 years they were full of lumps and you could feel the springs in the beds. I ran the water for a long time, trying to get some cold water for my dog and never did. The towels were thin and considering that they charged $15 dollars for my dog, they should have provided her a towel. Oh, I forgot to mention the room could have smelled better.

Overall good stay. Great location right off the highway near food and gas. Clean rooms, they allow multiple dogs no size restriction for only a small charge. Only stayed for one quick night while road tripping and no complaints. Forgot my necklace went back about half hour after leaving and got my necklace no problems.

Stayed here for a quick night while on a road trip. Really great expierence, right off the highway so near food and gas. Alow dogs for a cheap fee which is always helpful for those with multiple large dogs. Front desk open 24 hours for those arriving late. Forgot my necklace there and returned with no problem to retrieve it. Overall great stay for a great price

Nice clean but very empty kinda made it alittle spooky

Despite it’s plain appearance, The Knights Inn in Lumberton, NC was exactly what we needed to break up our 17 hour drive to south Florida with pets. The room was ample for pets. The bed and bathroom were very clean - the shower was great! It even had a full size refrigerator and freezer!!! The only gripe was it didn’t have a tissue box.
