Ubicación y personal.

No tiene las características de un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Quizá en alguna época fue un lindo hotel, pero no lo han mantenido vigente. Lo peor fueron los ruidos de tuberías y la ducha. Los muebles de la habitación están muy viejos. Me pareció demasiado caro para lo que ofrece.

El ruidos de afuera no te deja dormir. Si no te toca en la ventana cerca del ruido de maquinas, te toca en la ventana donde esta el ruido de la música de los restaurantes. Es bastante desagradable 😕

El aparcacoches. Rápido y eficaz.

En resumen, para que el hotel tuviera 4 estrellas como tiene, habría que derribarlo y construirlo de nuevo. Está obsoleto, las habitaciones son muy antiguas, hay humedades, la ventana parece que está abierta a pesar de tenerla cerrada, se escucha ruido de un motor constante en la habitación, la presión del agua de la ducha varía sin tocar la grifería… A pesar de que está en el centro de Veracruz, los alrededores están muy mal cuidados. Recomiendo quedarse en otra zona que no sea el centro histórico.
