Grumpy staff , internet stated breakfast .NO BREAKFAST! a/c broke , bathroom sink stopped up . Beds uncomfortable. No staff available when checking out . Room phones not working.

"Reasonably priced room close to downtown historic Washington NC"

The room was I. Decent shape and the location near the historic town center

The air conditioning in my room (105) was stuck on 60 degrees. I couldn’t make it warmer, so I had to turn it on and off several times during the night
