Apartamento correcto con los servicios que puedes esperar. Buena atención y amabilidad del personal.

A mejorar: No hay aire condicionado, el acumulador de agua caliente es muy pequeño da para una ducha muy rápida. Nuestro apartamento estaba un poco descuidado había paredes con humedades que se descorchaban y muchas moscas de humedad en el baño. El desague del baño estaba embozado. Hay una prohibición en la piscina de no reservar hamacas pero no se respeta, con lo cual no encuentras sitio. Y por último la ubicación está bien pero te toca pagar si o si parking porque sino es super difícil encontrar un hueco.

We adore this resort so much we've been there 5 times (and we never usually do that!). We love an adventure but we come back to Acapulco Ocean View for a bit of rest and relaxation. I almost don't want to say how good it is because you'll book it and it won't be a hidden gem anymore :D . Staff are fabulous: always friendly and helpful. Apartment is very well equipped, there's a washing machine on site which is 4Euros. There's 2 sun terraces away from the pool and plenty of room around the pool too. Gama supermarket is 2 mins walk. The apartment is a wee bit out the way for some folk but we book there because of it, and the hour stroll into central San Agustin is a joy anyway. Whichever way you go there's steps so if you struggle with many or steep steps then best get a taxi (think it was only 6Euro). We had a car and the furthest away free parking space we found was 100m, no big deal for us. There's a lovely walk along the coast in the other direction which takes you to a cafe surf school and a centre with supermarkets, cafes, shops, restaurants. Best recommendation is for Sa Wa Dee Thai restaurant (opposite Spar) but the food at Acapulco is tremendous!!

Christian and all the staff working at the Acapulco Ocean View were very personable and genuinely cared about your experience. I enjoyed the private beach and the pool. I also liked my apartment, just the right size and a lovely view from my balcony.

Everything worked really well, no complaints.

We werden bij aankomst zeer vriendelijke ontvangen. Alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd. We hadden een parkeerplaats gereserveerd, wat zeker aan te raden is. Op de weg is bijna geen plaats. In het appartement aangekomen stond er een fles water en een fles rode wijn, dat geeft het welkom gevoel. Ook stond er een mooie jute tas. Elke dag werd alles schoon gemaakt, en kreeg je schone handdoeken. Tegen een borg kon je grote handdoeken krijgen voor op de bedjes. Bij het mooie zwembad zijn genoeg fijne ligbedden. Op het complex wat een heel goed restaurant met een hele goede keuken. De prijzen waren zeer goed, daar hoef je niet voor weg te gaan. Ook daar was het personeel zeer vriendelijke. Acapulco ocean view is zeker een aanrader.

La posizione non è centralissima, anche se con l'auto in pochi minuti si raggiungono ristoranti e negozi. Il letto era molto molto scomodo.
