In the old part of the hotel the rooms are very small. The food was terrible.

Everything is nice, clean.

Dobra lokacija, bazen i welnes sadrzaji

Prilicno nezainteresovan staf za resavanje nastalih problema oko nestanka neta i tv signala. Dosli smo na 3 noci a internet nije radio. Lakonsko objasnjenje da ce doci servis za nedelju dana bez izvinjenja.

We stayed in Zepterme appartment. Zepterme building looks brand new and everything looks modern. Studio was spacious enough for 2 persons and comfortable. Location is also great - in the centre. Spa center looks luxurious and has jacuzzi, steam room, bio sauna, Finish sauna, tapidarium and room with water beds. Hotel was not fully booked and I was the only one in the spa center - it was awesome. Zepterme’s spa center is connected with Zepter Hotel spa center. Zepter hotel spa center looks a bit old, but it has a swimming pool. You can use both spa centers, but it is limited for 3 hours per day which is enough.

I am mostly satisfied with the stay. There are couple of things that can get improved. The fridge was a bit loud from time to time. I didn’t have a problem with it, but it woke up my wife couple of times. We took breakfast and dinner in Zepter hotel (next building), it was a bit pricey for the food you get. Quality is not as high as in other 4 star hotels. They should improve it for sure. I would skip it next time.

Room could be a little bit bigger. There is no seff in the room. Also electric Kettle could be handy.
