"Awsome motel."

It was great. Room was exceptionally clean. Employees were great and extremely courteous. Slept very comfortably. Only problem was computer had a hard time with internet. Overalll great place. Probably staying there on the way back to ohio.

"Worst hotel and customer service"

This is the most atrocious, dangerous, rude, disgusting place my family and I have ever stayed in my life. Not to mention the terrible customer service when I tried to talk to the "clerk". If i could rate this place a negative 100 i would. Do yourself a favor and NEVER stay here. I would rather sleep in the middle of the highway then stay here ever again. The clerk pictured absolutely refused to help me, and then proceeded to ignore me, and tell me to call the state trooper if i wanted to, and that they were not going to anything to help us because he is in good with them. His name is BRIAN!!!

"Freely Place"

The staff here are very freely people. They help out when you need them to do something for you. The housekeeping staff make sure you have everything that you need. The desk help are really friendly people to talk to if you need anything when the housekeepers are not on.

"Econolodge - Best Value Exceeding Expectations"

This hotel exceeded expectations and was a terrific value. It was clean, up-to-date, shower was really good (massaging type hot shower) included amenities. Check-in was good, breakfast good. It is a very well run hotel that provides excellent value for the affordable price. Now my preferred hotel in Williamsport.

"Checking in. "

When i was checking in the lady was on the phone and never acknowledged me. When she got off the phone she looked at me and said what's up. I felt like she was racially profiling me. Very unprofessional

I liked that they refunded me because I could not stay there. The sheets were stained, old, and see through. The owner said those are for their smoking rooms since smokers smoke in bed. The room needed painting and the bathroom needed cleaning. The owner signed me up for Choice Rewards for a compensation, and said I will have a free room next time I am in the area and would like to try them again. He said they have just had new management.
