Days Inn by Wyndham Grantville

Waited 10/15 minutes just for someone to come to the desk to check in. Was ok as far as cleanliness. Could have been worse. Definitely could have been better

Great location. Friendly staff

Beds were too firm. The AC didn't have a continuous option. It was very loud turning off and on. The walls and floors were too thin. I felt like the neighbors were stomping their feet in our room. I felt the vibrations. The room door didn't close all the way. Even when it was locked, you could see the outside through the cracks.

Not a thing.

Dirty. Furniture worn out. Stained carpet. Drywall around shower. Small TV. AC unit falling off the wall. Walls stained. 6 way plug overloaded with refrigerator microwave light and TV.

The 2 queen sized beds.

The staff, the cleanliness, the mold that is apparently in every room on the entire property. My friend went to take a shower after our long day in Hershey Park. She is highly allergic to mold, cannot breathe when she inhales it, and her body breaks out in hives, so when she saw the shower mat she wanted to check and make sure it was okay for her to get in. When she lifted up the mat, the scream that she let out I had never heard from her before. It smelled like rotten cheese that has sat out in the sun. The entire bottom of the tub was covered in black mold. We quickly packed up our things, took a picture of the tub, and went to the front desk. I showed him the picture, explained the situation, and the man at the desk gave is a new room. I told him thank you so much. We will be going to check that bathtub before we get settled in again, so we will be right back. Low and behold that bathtub also had mold all in the bottom of it. So we took a picture of that, and went back to the desk. This time my friend showed the picture, and said look, I feel so bad, I’m so sorry to do this again, but I really am so allergic to mold and I won’t be able to breathe in there. He said “So I’m going to go ahead and cancel your reservation.” I said “wait, cancel, why?” He said “well, I’m just going to keep giving you new rooms and you’re just going to keep finding it.” I said “what?? Mold? So you’re telling me that this entire place is just covered in mold?” He said “yeah, pretty much.” I said “wow, well then you should really just put on your website ‘Wyndham Grantville: Covered in mold!” He said “yup,” just stared at us, then asked again if I wanted to cancel. Luckily there is also a Tru by Hilton in the exact same parking lot who was able to take us on the spot in a smaller room. Never in my life have I felt so disrespected, and quite frankly disgusted both by that bathtub and his behavior.

The place was dirty. . Hair in the bed. Fan/ac didn’t work at all.Fan in bathroom was awful dirty. Smelled. Would not stay here again.
