The staff were very friendly!! The TV was large and HD. Bathroom was clean. Room was on ground floor. Room was spacious.

Couldn't regulate temperature, either went way too cold on the low air setting at 70⁰, or we'd shut it off and the room would get stuffy/warm fast. No liquid body wash in room. We were in room 123, one bed had dark stains on the duvet/cover, the other bed was littered with dirt marks on the white sheets (maybe a dog with muddy paws?) Shower head was not secure in wall. Overall room was clean, but rooms should be DEEP CLEANED regularly, especially with being a pet friendly hotel it appeared.

I like the price and location of this hotel. Access to the hotel was easily accessible of I-81. I was only 6 miles from the event I attended. The staff was super great both at check in and check out. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast, so i cant comment on that

saw a few cobwebs in the room and some stains on one of the towels, other than that, I was pleased with the room. For the value and size, it met my expectations.

"Okay for a quick night off of the road while travelling."

Location was great, easy on/off from I-81. Room was clean and quiet.

Booked a king bed, but they "didn't have any left". Got a queen, but it seemed smaller than a normal queen. Registration took longer than normal. Room was cold.

La persona q nos atendió en la recepción muy simpática

La puerta de entrada de la habitación no cerraba bien y por ahí entraba muchísimo frío. Muchísimo ruido procedente de las otras habitaciones
