"Pleasantly Nice"

We stayed here on our way back south and was happy with our choice. The service at check in was very good, with a friendly and cheerful clerk. The room was clean and complete. There was a bid of noise from neighbors (every time someone use the bathroom) but overall a comfortable stay.

The location was right off the highway which was perfect....off and then back onto the highway! The room was very clean and actually cute....I really liked the decor. It wasn't a stodgy room....very nicely decorated. It was clean, the bed was comfy and it had a refrigerator and microwave, which I used both. I will definitely stop here on my trips north and south in the future. The evening staff was very nice and explained everything I needed to know about the location and my room....like you turned on the heat on the wall thermostat....not on the unit under the window...which I would have tried to do! Overall, I was VERY pleased with my room!

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the room or location. I can't think of anything.

The stay was ok but you have a member of staff on your cleaning crew that comes off rude and unwelcoming. For several years I’ve been coming and using your facility and all he ask is when I’m leaving just teach him common curtesy. I will no longer use the facility as I really don’t have a family member living there anymore and if I do I will be using another hotel as my accommodations
