Staff was so sweet and willing.

Smoke stains everywhere, not clean, walls were covered in residue.

There is not much to say. It is a budget motel. It is close to RDU, and the location is quiet. Breakfast was ok. If anything, I would suggest that they speed up the check in process. The bed was comfortable.

Good enough, reasonably clean and not run down. Close to airport. I only need this hotel to spend the night due to the flight coming in very delayed.

Overpriced and outdated. Wouldn't stay here unless I had no other choice.

Nothing to like

I booked last minute during an emergency around midnight. They were fixing a mower right in front of the check in window booth. Guy comes in to check me in. Took like 10 minutes. Smell coming from the little vent of curry or something. Get to room the desk is scratched and carved up. One of the covers had a small hole from cigarette burn or something. Pillows are like half the size of regular pillows. The fridge wasn’t working plus there was left over food in it. The spindle in bathroom for toilet paper roll broken and toilet paper just laying on top of tank. Put water on in shower to maybe shower and only cold water. Got something to eat at a 24/7 place. Sometime in morning I decided to just go to a different hotel. I filed a claim with bank. I paid for a couple of nights. Basically poor service, product broken. Could not use. Oh.. and when he checked me in he asked “ any pets? Any 2 legged pets? “. That says it right there.

They are very accomodating warm and welcoming.
