Quality Inn & Suites Biltmore East

Friendly front desk staff. Comfortable bed. Saw a few small bugs in the room but not a major infestation. It must be hard to stay free of them due to being in a wooded area. The trees next to property were gorgeous.

The location was okay with easy access to I 40. Fairly close to most things. Parking was fine.

Do not stay here. The first room I was given smelled so bad, like a dead animal, so I had to ask for another room. The property has a history of parties and drug deals, so they don't allow any local guests. But I guess it doesn't keep the dark side out--at the bottom of the steps where I had to go to my second floor room, although I'd been promised a first floor room, there was a man passed out on the concrete. I wasn't sure if he was dead or alive and had to go for help. Then the Wifi wouldn't connect--their emails said no code was needed but one was needed--they simply didn't give it to me. Throughout all of this, no apology or help from staff, even though I am physically challenged. I asked to speak to a manager, and they told me none was available. Lastly, there were bugs in the room. Worst place I've ever stayed.

Check in staff and check out staff are super nice. I will stay here again.

Someone tried to steal the catalytic converter off of my car. I had to go to the office three times to get new key because it didn’t program right and then the lock wouldn’t extend in all the way and it made it difficult to get in control for the TV got chewed on, and two out of the six lightbulbs burn out

convenient hotel during a road trip. Our goal was to chill out for a few hours, grab some sleep and get back on the road, and this was perfect for that. Althought the property seems much older, the beds and linens seemed very new. The single complaint we had was the limited towels in the bathroom, so request an extra set when you check in, if you are more than 2

the staff was considerate. the breakfast was very good. my room was large and very clean when I arrived. my room had a view of the mountains. the property was well kept. it is close to restaurants. I would recommend this property as a good place to stay.

What I didn't like wasn't anything about the property. It was a fact that my van broke down and I had to stay somewhere.
