The property was absolutely stunning, with spacious rooms and bathroom, the shower was the size of a small bedroom! The bed were comfy, even the sofa bed. The view from the property was unbeatable, and our room had a terrace with deck chairs over looking the lake. We were so impressed with the property, it exceeded all our expectations. Breakfast in the morning was lovely, cherries and apple strudel were the highlights for us, and the tables outside also overlook the lake. The location is a little bit out of the town centre, a 16 min walk or so, with a little bit of it on a road with no real walkway but we found this fine since it was only 300m or so. And the distance was worth it for the views. Excellent all round!

Nice property with a beautiful view of Lake Como. Decent Breakfast. Fun wine dispenser. About a 15 minute walk to downtown Bellagio by the docks. This may seem far for some but this can be a very busy downtown area with limited parking so this location is pretty convenient and yet away from the hustle and bustle

Our only real gripe was the limited shear shade in the bathroom. It is possible for people outside to look into our bathroom so we could not put the bathroom light on at night. Also very small shower for what was otherwise a large bathroom.

Sehr gutes Hotel und Frühstück und in zentraler Lage

De locatie, de kamer en het ontbijt waren voortreffelijk. Drie volle dagen genoten van de omgeving. Wandelschoenen aan en stad, directe omgeving en de stadstuin vlakbij bezocht. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en uitstekend verzorgd.

Op de locatie is naast het ontbijt alleen nog een kaasplankje met wat wijn te verkrijgen. Als we iets eenvoudigs wilden moesten we naar de stad lopen op 20 minuten berg af. Het is een keuze maar het zou fijn zijn als je iets eetbaars kon krijgen.

Fin utsikt. Inte alltför långt att gå ned till Belaggio. Rent och fint rum. Trevlig frukost!

Väldigt lyhört. Du hör allt från de närmsta rummen, toaletten utanför samt från restaurangen på morgonen. Det finns ingenstans att ligga och sola om man vill det.

We really liked the view and the amenities. The breakfast was superb. It was really clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was perfect!

It was a bit further from the center, but the views and the tranquility were deffinitely worth it.
