The bed was comfortable.

This hotel is not suitable for SMALL mobility scooter users, the lifts are ridiculously small. They took me to use the service lift instead which was sizeable but behind a door which was awkward. I had to stand while my husband stood the scooter upright to fit the small lifts.

Easy to find 5 mins walk from Porta Susa station (look for the XVIII Dicembre exit sign after getting off the train). Reception friendly and efficient. Room modern and clean with good bed, bathroom and shower was perfect for one - might be cosy for two. Kettle and nespresso machine much appreciated. Location on the edge of the Quadrilatero and Centro districts allows you to walk everywhere within 30 mins with many places closer with public transport options (metro, tram, bus) close by. Good lunch options at cafes and bars on or just off the street. I'd definitely stay here again.

La stanza comoda e spaziosa. Pulizia accurata. Colazione abbondante, personale cordiale.

Purtroppo dalle condutture del condizionatore proviene un rumore costante e fastidioso che rende il soggiorno nella camera molto spiacevole (anche quando il condizionatore è spento).

Le seul bémol la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons eu un peu chaud, alors que d’habitude il n’y a pas de soucis la climatisation fonctionne, mais ce n'est pas grave, en tout cas toutes les chambres sont belles
