Days Inn by Wyndham Ocean Shores

Steve the night staff was nice. Pretty talkative. Apologized that the TV didnt work and we could ask for a new room the next day. We didn't. The room was clean. The shower water temp and pressure were nice.

The HotTub was dirty. Yellow. And the pool deck needs swept and picked up.no towels. The morning staff was rude. She didnt offerto make more waffles mix when told it was out.

Clean and close to everything

the staff was very nice my kids really enjoyed talking with Salvatore. he's great with kids. I did enjoy there was an indoor pool and hot tub that my kids were able to enjoy. breakfast was ok

when front desk staff wasn't there they left a phone number to contact however my key was not working after being at the pool and it was awfully cold. I was unable to get ahold of anyone, they said they were getting their boss from a different area. however, I have a baby and babies are unable to regulate their body temperatures so he was shivering a lot. perhaps make sure you have a front desk staff available at all times its not like we could have gone to sit in our car when we couldn't get access to our room because of a key not working. in room 211 there is a tile that is loose on the ground in the bathroom, the bathroom door is hard to close, and the front door does not have a security lock on the top of the door for some reason which made me feel less safe.

Nothing to like. Room looked like they were trying to install cameras in different spots. I felt really uncomfortable like I was being watched.

The room was not ready prepared for someone to sleep in.

The older guy at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The price was great.

The owner. That man is rough, rude and unaccommodating. Oh, and he insisted my name was Catherine and I had only booked one night when I told him more than once my name is Rachel, my room number and tried showing him my booking information which he refused to look at. The room was clean however I had to go to the desk 4 times in 2 days to fix our key cards because we kept getting locked out. The ice machine was filthy and the vent was covered in cobwebs. When my son pushed down button to turn on the hot tub the button flew out of the wall, sparked and the lights in the pool room went out. I think that's it but I may have trauma blocked some out.

Noisy neighbors who were not supposed to have dogs on the second floor, moving furniture into the hall, slamming doors all night. Front desk staff needs to be a little more organized. Another guest got keys to an occupied room.
