Saw an elk outside my room through the window

Room was average. The alarm clock was dirty and not working. The sink handle was difficult to work, had to be yanked at for it to work and then it looked like it would get pulled out of the sink because the sink would move up. The bathroom had a bar of soap in the tub that had been used. Unhygienic. Wifi did not work Breakfast was in the main lobby. There were flies and everyone helping themselves in a small congested place. Touching utensils than putting them back. Touching fruit putting it back. Picking out bread with their hands. Upon my call to front desk I was told that she couldn’t not help me but for me to call booking.com. The next day I spoke to manager and there was no record made of my concerns from the previous night.

I admit my last stay was beyond horrid because i have a dog n short stay I cane prepared for flop house I was nothing like past

The spaciousness and cleanliness of the room and the closeness of the cars to the room as well as the perfect amount of parking. The pool area was clean. We liked the location of the hotel. Not too far from a beach entrance.

I was given the same room as another family at first and walked in on someone going to the bathroom. Was then given a room in a dark hallway with a burnt out light and not told that it required an electrician until checkout, despite multiple times asking. One of the receptionists was very rude to me. Breakfast was ok. Food and plates kept running out unless you got to breakfast early.

Very convenient location, had a pool, friendly staff.

Heater didn’t work, door key stopped working multiple times, bathroom door kept getting stuck.

The price...it was a last minute booking. The layout was good, except the door swung weird on the bathroom...

It was ok. This is a property in a beach town and there wasn't service daily. Doesn't sound like a big deal except there's really find sand EVERYWHERE so you get sand in Your sheets if not serviced. Also the "Breakfast" was a hot mess... someone's bad children spilled waffle miz everywhere and staff hadn't cleaned it. The pool closes at 10... the beach is daylight till 10 so that's useless. Lastly... this is an adorable beach town that was having a parade. The clerk should tell every single person there's a parade this weekend it starts at X time. And every hotel there should have a float in the parade!

So for the price the room was good. Little dirty but everything worked well enough. The breakfast was not really a breakfast so I wouldn't count on it. Unfortunately the reason I won't go back is I was charged an extra night that's not on my receipt. Manager called me at 1am to ask if I was still there, told him no. He said my money would be back in 5 business days. It's been 3 weeks. So not worth it to be double charged.
