I went with a baseball team... the staff was very organized. At breakfast, Evelin was very upbeat and accommodating. Breakfast was tasty.

The room and beds are extremely cozy and comfortable. Nice location in proximity to downtown.

I’d say it’s a little pricey for the location but otherwise would definitely stay again.

It was a great experience for not only myself but for my son as well. From the moment I arrived to the lobby everyone treated us so lovely Santi who kindly went out of his way and gave my son a soccer ball and got down to his level to play a few mins with him made my son feel less shy from shawdra who checked us in and also treated us with kindness and made sure to be very acomadating to our experience here with offering snacks to my son and I and the staff over at café azul , specifically Evelin who was very accommodating to my son and I and always came by to check if we were doing ok offered me a coffee she was so understanding , from Olga who services our room to clean , I must say each and every individual whome received my son and I from the lobby to cafe to the cleaning service were amazing people they always kept a smile on there face and made sure my son and I were doing well while staying here , they definitely made our stay here very comfortable and welcoming thank you!!✨

Such a positive experience. Clean, super comfy beds and pillows and the customer service was amazing. Shawndra at the front desk went above and beyond for us, was incredibly kind and extremely competent. I was so impressed. I would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
