"Excellent facilities, superb staff, one noisy set of guests"

The pool area is exceptional! I used to lifeguard at a 4 star hotel, and this was nearly up to that standard. Chemicals seemed perfect. Jacuzzi just the right temperature, and extremely clean. Spacious pool deck with lots of windows to let in light. The breakfast was also far above any other hotel continental breakfast.

There were some loud guests whose kids kept rushing up and down the hall to their friends' hotel room. The front desk dealt with this as well as they could, and said we could have had some kind of a refund if we hadn't booked through a third party (ie booking.com), so I was disappointed by that.

The room was very nice & I loved the shower!!

The pillows were not up to standard - they looked fluffy, but when you lay your head down they seemed to "disappear"!
