Hampton Inn Uniontown

Amy was so amazing and so pleasant to talk with. We had amazing service. The breakfast was phenomenal!! Very clean rooms!

There was nothing that we didnt like

Hampton Inn is our place to stay as the quality is consistent. We always stay here when visiting Uniontown a couple of times a year;) Clean, comfortable and convenient to restaurants as well as being in a safe environment. Our stay this time was made even better due to the excellent staff at the desk. Heather and Emaly were friendly and efficient. My husband and I were able to observe their behavior not only when dealing with us, but for a couple of hours while we played cards in the lobby. They were consistently friendly and efficient.

Hampton Inn always safe and comfortable

Everything was great except for the beds and pillows were not very comfortable. The staff was friendly and very good at there jobs. They went above and beyond my left a shirt in the closet house keeping let the manager know who called me about it and held for us to pick it up

The staff at this place was excellent. The breakfast was great as well. This is always my choice of stay when I am in Uniontown!!!

Location was great and the hotel met or exceeded our expectations

THERE WERE INSUFFICIENT WALL PLUGS/OUTLETS IN OUR ROOM. THEY HAD A VERY CHEAP LAMP BY THE BED THAT APPEARED TO HAVE A SOCKET. BUT, THE SOCKET WAS WORN OUT AND MY CPAP UNIT UNPLUGGED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. I HAD TO LAY ON THE FLOOR AND ATTEMPT TO PLUG IT INTO THE SOCKET THAT THE LAMP WAS PLUGGED INTO. TOUGH JOB WITH SOMEONE WITH 2 ARTIFICIAL KNEES. THAT SOCKET SPARKED WHEN I INSERTED THE CPAP PLUG. THEIR SOLUTION THE NEXT DAY? PUT IN A BIG YELLOW EXTENTION CORD ACROSS THE ROOM. THIS GREATLY INCONVENIENCED US AND THAT NIGHT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPTED. ALL 3 NIGHTS SHOULD HAVE BEEN. THE SOCKETS FOR OUR PHONES WERE ALSO SO LOOSE WE HAD TO PROP UP THE PHONE SO THE CORD WOULD NOT FALL OUT- THIS ONE WAS BY THE TV. WE WERE CONSTANLY CONCERNED ABOUT THE SPARKING IN THE SOCKET BY THE BED. FELT VERY UNSAFE. THIS HOTEL DISPLAYED AWARDS ABOUT "MAKING IT RIGHT" . NOT WITH US DID THEY MAKE IT RIGHT. FULL PRICE FOR A ROOM WITH DEFECTIVE AND USELESS SOCKETS. THEY ACTED LIKE NO BIG DEAL. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL. CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT SEE SPARKS WHEN ITEMS ARE PLUGGED IN. THAT CPAP UNIT COSTS $2,000. LUCKY IT DID NOT BURN OUT. HOTEL TOO FULL TO GO THROUGH THE INCONVENIENCE OF MOVING US. AND, WITH THOSE CHEAP LAMPS IN EVERY ROOM, WHY BOTHER? VERY POOR EXPERIENCE.
