La atención en la recepción en el Front desk es de primera igual en la cafetería en el restaurante y abajo en el bar también las camareras y camareros brindan el trato que todos buscamos y además con una buena atmósfera internacional con la novedad de que en menos de un minuto estás caminando en la en la arena de la playa. EL staff, desde su gerente y todo el personal van a hacer para que tu estadía en ese hotel sea de tu agrado mención especial para William, Alex, Israel y Lucas. Precio Valor? Muy bueno!! The location was amazing. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. They let us check in early, which was very nice. I like that there is a 20% discount at the restaurant for guests.

The view from our first-floor room left a little to be desired, unless your dream vacation includes staring at restaurant storage and miscellaneous “mystery items” next door. We couldn’t really keep the curtains open for natural light because it felt like the neighboring hotel staff had front-row seats into our room. I did love that the hotel offered beach equipment for guests to use, but unfortunately, the items we grabbed had seen better days. The umbrella wouldn’t stay open, and the chairs were practically giving up mid-sit, so our beach trip ended a lot sooner than planned. The hotel overall is definitely older and a bit worn in places, though I will say our room itself had been nicely updated and was comfortable.

Toilet had pubic hair on it and hair was left on floor in bathroom and shower I work in a salon so I understand how hard it is to remove all hair so this is not a complaint love the property

Great hotel with great location. Clean and unique hotel along Ocean Drive. Lots of restaurants and shops. The only irritation was don't sit outside on the restaurant chairs even if you stayed here because they won't let you because it's supposed to be a restaurant not a lounge. You'll need to order something. When there was plenty of open seating I didn't think that was necessary to kick me out the next morning after our stay. Would recommend the hotel, however.
