Ramada by Wyndham Santa Fe

Called to confirm a reservation for my husband, so called manager who answered the phone was very rude and short. I did not hear his first response I was still talking when he hung up. I called back and he was short and rude I stated I did not hear him and he did not need to be rude, I asked for a manager he said he was it and that I was being short and rude and hung up on me!! What a rude unhappy person he is so unfortunate to see that this is the type of staff you working there. Hope he has a better day so a miserable unhappy human

our room could use some deep cleaning (walls,ac,windows) bed was clean but the hotel is aging fast

The staff were all very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was better than expected, with more variety than other hotels of this level- I appreciated the little omelettes and packaged breakfast sandwiches you could heat up in the microwave! Despite some of them furniture being dated and worn, the King Studio Suite was spacious and cleaned well. Shower was very strong. Parking was convenient, and there were many restaurants and food trucks in the vicinity.

The first room they gave me had a couch that was so badly stained it should have been discarded- it was the worst I’ve ever seen in a hotel room. To the staff’s credit, when I asked to move, they showed me two other rooms— both were far better, although the couches and chairs still had stains. For the discounted rate ($60) I paid though, it was tolerable, and I chose the better of the two. In my experience, hotels give Booking.com guests second rate rooms, even if better rooms are open.

Je pensais avoir de la qualité en reservant chez Ramada, quelle erreur! J'avais besoin de laver le linge : machine à laver en panne. J'avais besoin de glaçons : machine en panne. J'avais réservé pour 2 nuits, pas de service de ménage ni changement de serviettes. La chambre donnait sur la rue et c'était très bruyant. Petit déjeuner sans thé noir, ni yaourts.

The location was good.

The service was horrible. We slept without blankets. They refused to give us blankets.

Had stayed here before and was very satisfied but this time it was a bad experience! Would not stay here again!

Crappy room, shower head was lose and would not hold steady for shower, room was not as clean as last time, check-in clerk was not pleasant and I was charged $100 hold charge for some reason and my room charge total was $104 for the room which was $40 more than what I was quoted when I booked the room!
