"A fuir"

1 chambre sur 2 réservé de disponible à notre arrivé (arrivé autonome avec boîte à clef) pas de clef dans la boites donc nous avons dormi à 4 dans 1 seule chambre. Le lendemain j’explique à la réceptionniste le soucis, elle nous dit que nous sommes des menteurs

"Great location and great rooms"

Location was excellent. Very central to beach and shops and restaurants. The beach club you have access to was great. Lovely staff and very comfortable. The room was perfect.

Some staff were rather rude and unhelpful. It took a senior manager to step in for what was a very simple piece of assistance needed. That said others were great like the valet on arrival. Couln't be more helpful. Outside staff were slow on service especially with breakfast.
