La amplitud de la habitación ,su piscina y el hall era muy bonito

Que no tuviera bañera para darme un baño de espuma

La habitación, el trato del personal de recepción, la piscina, el buffet.

Una de las noches, como eramos los únicos que teníamos contratada media pensión, no abrieron el buffet para cenar y nos ofrecieron cenar en el restaurante eligiendo un amplio menú. Lo comprendo pero creo que hubiera sido más correcto habernos avisado con antelación, ya que estuvimos esperando en la puerta del buffet a que abrieran.

Beautiful hotel , very clean and a lovely welcoming entrance , great value for money We had a lovely 3 days there And it’s not far to get to Seville centre via metro We used the hotel shuttle bus which was great to the metro then 4th stop to Seville centre The staff were lovely , food at the bar great The lady at reception upgraded us as our room wasn’t ready , she was lovely We had a lovely , spacious room overlooking the swimming pool The bar staff were great and Laura very friendly and helpful As were the others but I didn’t catch their names I would totally recommend this hotel Nice to relax by the pool after a days sight seeing in lovely Seville Thankyou 🙂

The only thing I could say was we were very disappointed in other guests who just left their pool towels and rubbish on the sun beds for others to pick up Some beds were left empty most of the day not allowing other guests to use them This is not the hotels fault but maybe a better system should be put in place A fine or something for not bringing your towel / rubbish back The pool staff worked really hard to clear this up each day for the next morning

Sugerencia: Ofrecer sillas de plástico en la piscina, para personas mayores que no pueden usar tumbona. Gracias

Hotel was really beautiful and clean.

Swimming pool was open only from 11.00 we needed to sit and wait for dat it gets finally open. When it's so hot outside you want as soon as possible get in to the water. And would be nicer if at breakfast would be different food, and not every day the same.
