Voorkamers mooi qua ligging maar wat lawaai van buiten maar kan hotel niks aan doen

Warm welcome at check in and immediate help with car - valet parking. Excellent location. Many friendly staff but a few (eg at breakfast) could be more people-focused rather than job-focused. Room very clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast good. Pleasant outside terrace at front of hotel for an evening glass of wine.

Very little to dislike. Shame that the breakfast room is a basement (with high-up windows) so without any opportunity to sit out. One oddity was that our plug adaptors, which have served us in many, many hotel rooms across several European countries, would not fit into most of the sockets in the room. Neither would the adaptor that reception kindly lent us. This was nearly a bit of a disaster (until we finally found one socket that worked!).

Le parking très étroit attention

Location was amazing and the hotel was beautiful. We had a duplex room with pull out bed and upstairs had the main bedroom. Was perfect for our family.

Nothing. Staff were great and very helpful also

The view was lovely from the bedroom . It was central to the Cathedrals and for exploring Salamanca .

There’s was nothing I didn’t like . It was excellent
