Fantastic hotel, staff and location

Breakfast was à la carte during the week. Portions were massive, but selection was a bit limited. The continental breakfast buffet during the weekend was great. Hotel staff was the friendliest I have ever had the pleasure to experience. 10/10

I want to commend the work of Andres Maldonado. He was instrumental in getting items back to us that were left behind. Thanks again for the nice stay.

Front desk staff more worried about chit chatting and not being professional during check in.

the beds were uncomfortable, front desk staff and had to pay for breakfast even thouhn we selected the option with breakfast and paid for it

We were able to book the same day as our Santa Get together. We were so please with every aspect of the stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean; food and service were the best. The staff bent ov backwards to accomodate our needs and insured a great time. The Hotel also was on top of our requirements for classrooms meeting rooms and the function. will be our 'go to' spot when we visit the Cape again.

I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The place was so clean, the staff was delightful and the housekeeping staff was very efficient. The folks at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful. Marva went above and beyond when I explained a personal issue I had. I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. If you are choosing a hotel in the middle of Cape Cod, this is your destination. I can’t wait until my next stay here.
