"Great experience but the Sofa Bed is very uncomfortable"

Stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and overall it was a very good experience. The front desk staff were kind and honestly had great customer service. I did experience a couple of issues with the AC and the hot water in our shower, it frequently did not work, but they sent an engineer up to our room quickly to fix both issues. I would say my biggest concern with the One Bedroom King Suite with Sofa Bed was that the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable to sleep on, it was very hard and had almost no cushion. It may be sufficient for kids. Besides that the room was outstanding, large, clean and in great condition. I considered a 3/5 rating because of the sofa bed, but everything else was great that I gave it a 4.. The location is amazing and extremely close to a subway station and lots of restaurants, which was super convenient.
