Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Downtown/River North

It was close to where I wanted to walk too also the pool and sauna was very nice probably the best part honestly

The beds weren’t very comfortable and the room didn’t stay cool enough and the ac unit wouldn’t just blow air

I like that the property was clean and close to everything. There was cafés near it. The bus and the train was about two blocks away. There was also restaurants and bars across the street and next to this hotel so it was great.

For one I did not like that the laundry room was not stocked with laundry detergent or dryer sheets even though it had a dispenser and then when I went downstairs to ask for some, I was forced to purchase some for two dollars instead of the $.75 it would have been if it were in the dispenser also, I did not appreciate how when I came back to my room. One of the cleaning ladies was there and I needed to use the bathroom in my room and she made me sit and wait until she was finished making the bed before I could even enter the room not only does she do that she also closed the door knowing that I was entering that room I thought that was so rude

I liked everything about the property, the location, the staff, the cleanliness and comfortable rooms. Everything was perfect.

It’s not anything I didn’t like

Front desk and concierge were super friendly, location was super! Close to all main streets and attractions in downtown!

Housekeeping was only done on the first day

It was clean, but noisy.

It was very noisy.

I think she charged me an extra 300???? Unless it was a deposit i’m waiting to get back but she didn’t tell me much

The location for the hotel is great and the staff was very friendly and helpful, thanks for everything
