The bed was very comfortable

House keeping walked into my room Sunday morning at 8:30 am or so even though we had do not disturb sign on door. They just opened door walked in. I let front desk know I was upset and it was embarrassing. They claimed they were giving me 50.00 off the room and today is Friday and they never took 50.00 off my room. Everything else was fine except this incident I’m really upset nothing got done. How are they allowed to just walk into my room with sign on didn’t even knock.

It presents as a beautiful place. My only complaint was I had no heat in January. A perk was the beautiful view from my room. It was blowing cold air when we returned that night. The thermostat did not work. It was late we were tired so I unplugged the unit and slept bundled up. When we left I expressed my dismay with staff and was told a manager would get back to me. A day later still no call from manager. I called back and left a message on the managers voicemail. A week gone by still no phone call.

Has many amenities pretty views from rooms. Kept clean.

One of the beds (near the window) -Room 379 was NOT comfortable at all. The bed was sagging. We stayed there 11/27-11/29. I didn’t have time to complain as I was pressed for time to leave. Not sure if management checks the quality of their beds?? I was hoping that the hotel will compensate me somehow? We have been staying at your hotel for the last 10 years or so every Thanksgiving.
