Desert Quail Inn Sedona at Bell Rock

I had a wonderful stay in Sedona! The place itself was great—comfortable, clean, and perfectly located. A special thank you to Nathan, who went above and beyond by allowing me a late checkout when my tour was unexpectedly pushed back. His kindness and flexibility made my experience stress-free and truly memorable. I would absolutely stay here again.

It’s walking distance to many great restaurants and a grocery store. It’s not in Sedona proper, so less traffic.

I’ve stayed here many times. It’s always clean. The staff is friendly. It’s conveniently located for my needs in the area.

Terrible!!! Never stay there! Absolutely disgusting and dirty. I stayed there for four nights and slept under a blanket that had a blood stain on it! When I reported it, the man working in the office (who claimed to be the manager) was extremely rude and unprofessional. He tried to blame me for the stain — which is completely absurd since neither I nor my mother have our periods, and we don’t have any bruises or cuts that could have caused it. I always keep the Do Not Disturb sign on because I don’t like anyone entering my room during vacation, and he used that as an excuse, saying that’s why the sheets were dirty — absolutely ridiculous! To make it worse, he even said that “if the stain was old, it would be darker,” which is a lie, because the stain clearly wasn’t fresh. Instead of apologizing or offering any solution, he was defensive and gave me attitude the entire time. I’ve traveled a lot, but I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. Completely unacceptable.

The location was fab. We had booked this purely for our helicopter trip to grand canyon, location only a 3 minute drive away. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. I would also like to add that I left my purse in room when checking out. I realised about an hour after leaving. I phoned hotel and the lovely, honest cleaning lady had handed it in. Thank-you so much 😊.

The price was a bit on the higher side compared to the other places we had stayed on our two week road trip.
