Location was very handy

First room was under the gym so woken at 6am. Asked to move and eventually they did move us 2 doors up New room had a bed with wheels which didn’t lock so kept rolling and would lose pillows and move all the time which wasn’t comfortable. When requested said they would fix it but didn’t ….
