The location is walking distance to King's park, Elizabeth Quay, and train station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and spacious. Bicycles are free to rent.

In some rooms, the Wi-Fi signal is very weak. The breakfast is almost the same every day. The gym is quite small and the temperature in there is freezing.

Good location and excellent restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful, but unable to address our concerns. Room spacious and clean.

No drawer space in the room for our clothes, only one small drawer and a bit of hanging space. They provide valet parking for $50 a day, but no other parking for guest cars.
