Al inicio tuve dificultad con la reserva porque decían que no les aparecía en el sistema y tuve que instar y mostrar los correos y números de confirmación. Finalmente gestionaron y nos asignaron las habitaciones reservadas, pero es incómodo llegar y que no aparezca la reserva.

El hotel tiene buena ubicación y es bonito, la atención del personal es excelente y las camas super cómodas. De los mejores dónde me he hospedado

Había mucho ruido, tanto de los otros huéspedes como del personal, todo se oía, hasta el carrito del personal de limpieza que pasaban muy temprano (8-9 am) para limpiar el cuarto y te despertaban, o se escuchaba el movimiento de los muebles en las otras recamaras, lo que no nos permitió descansar tan bien.
