Staff not professional, the AC broke they did not change the room. They added extra charges which were not explained at tome of booking

I recently stayed at Hotel La Falaise Bonapriso and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is well located, comfortable, and maintained to a high standard, making it a great option for both business and leisure travel. I would especially like to recognize Emmanuelle, who did a fantastic job throughout my stay. She was professional, welcoming, and consistently attentive, going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Her positive attitude and genuine care made a noticeable difference and truly enhanced the experience. Thank you to the team at Hotel La Falaise Bonapriso, and special thanks again to Emmanuelle for the excellent service. I would gladly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

The room was clean and comfortable. It felt much like home away from home.

I didn't like the fact that my breakfast was not part of the package when completed my online booking. It was embarrassing that I had to pay for my breakfast as I checked out. I made known to the staff.
