The property was modern, clean and in an excellent location. Check in was very easy and communication with the host was great. Couldn’t recommend this little apartment enough for your stay in Monopoli

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l’hôte est très agréable et disponible. L’appartement est très bien situé et isolé du bruit extérieur. Le lit est confortable et le logement dispose des équipements nécessaires.

Great location in the centre of Monopoli Centro Storico with great facilities in the apartment. Super easy communication with host, Antonio, who was very helpful and gave good recommendations during our stay.

1. Location is super super central, right in the heart of Monopoli old town. The main area with all the restaurants and shops is literally right at the doorstep. 2. We loved the room a lot - it was modern, clean and super spacious, with a separate kitchen/dining area. 3. Antonio sent over super clear instructions regarding check in, check out, wifi and additional information on the area so we had no problems at all!

As a FYI, the doorway and short flight of stairs is quite narrow so a small carry on luggage was fine, but anything bigger would've been a struggle to fit through. Also because the location is in the old town/historic centre, we had to park outside and walk about 10 mins. Although we managed to find free street parking, it took around 20 to 30 mins and is really all down to luck whether a spot will appear because it gets busy! There are paid parking lots around the area, but we did not utilise those.

The accommodation is absolutely magical. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, and it is located in a fantastic spot in the historic centre, yet on a quiet street. Communication with the host was perfect. We highly recommend it!

The host promised that there would be a better-quality bed/mattress next time.

The flat is in the old town, close to everything. You can find lovely beaches at 10-15 mins walking distance, there are lots of restaurants and shops as well - still you are in a hidden corner, away from the crowds, so there is no noise by night. The flat is very spacious, has a proper kitchen, the furniture and decorations are beautiful. The air conditioner is really good, cools down the flat in minutes. Antonello is lovely host, giving all sorts of suggestions and helps you when needed. You can find free parking spots at 10 mins walking distance as well. A perfect base to discover Puglia.

Antonio was wonderful...a terrific gentleman. Got to meet his children. He helped me a great deal upon my arrival.

Comfort section: A comfortable chair in bedroom....the ones for the balcony and kitchen are great for their purpose....but to relax, sit and read, etc....not so much. Certainly not a game changer
