I've stayed her a few times. Located off a very busy road and depending which direction you're coming from you may have to take a roundabout way to get to it. Shares a large free parking lot with Red Lobster. Area overall seems safe. Exterior has an industrial appearance and could use some TLC. Common areas inside are much nicer. There was a scent of fresh paint in the hallways but not unpleasant. Check-in straightforward. One elevator for three large floors but I had no long waits. Room with a very plain spartan appearance but functional and clean. Bed comfortable. Poor water pressure. Wifi OK, I got about 10 Mbps. No coffee maker in the room though they did have an automatic coffee maker near the lobby. Breakfast better than average for hotels in this price range. Overall a good value but nothing fancy.
