"Stay was good, the only thing was the price."

The staff were very attentive and friendly, and the facilities were very clean.

I was displeased that the price shown on my booking.com reservation, made a month in advance, was different upon arrival at the hotel. According to the receptionist, a new fee was added to the price, along with a $20 USD charge for any consumption at the hotel. This charge was not refunded upon departure, and the receptionist stated it would be refunded in 7 days. I don't understand this charge without prior notice. Finally, when I received the bill upon departure, the price was the one from the booking.com reservation, not the price charged at reception upon arrival. Please review this procedure. Thank you.

Le Personnel a été très réactif lorsque nous avons demandé un couchage supplémentaire puisqu'il n'y avait pas de canapé-lit alors que le logement était bien prévu pour 5 personnes. Nous avons apprécié sa compréhension et sa réactivité.

Dommage que le petit-déjeuner ne soit pas inclus dans le séjour.

"Sauberes, gemütliches Hotel mit top Lage"

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Queen-Betten und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Betten waren bequem und trotz der beiden Betten hatte man noch genügend Platz im Zimmer. Die Lage ist super – Publix und Starbucks sind gleich um die Ecke, und für Weiterfahrten nach Key West ist das Hotel perfekt gelegen. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer und im Hotel war sehr gut. Das Frühstück haben wir à la carte ausgewählt und extra bezahlt, es war sehr lecker. Die Parkmöglichkeiten waren sicher und unkompliziert. Den Pool konnten wir wegen des schlechten Wetters leider nicht nutzen, aber er sah sehr einladend aus. Wir würden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Es hat und alles gefallen.
