El personal hace un gran esfuerzo por atender eficientemente al huésped

Un hotel con ese costo que no cuente con un parqueadero o que tengan una falta de gestión para hacer convenios de parqueadero para los clientes que sus viajes sean en carro es crítico desde el punto de vista de competitividad en el mercado. Tomando en consideración que otros hoteles si dan ese servicio sin costo adicional. En varias ocasiones me hospedé con ustedes pero esta vez lo hice con vehículo. Gestionaremos más alternativas para nuestra próxima visita en hotel diferentes.

El paisaje

Al hacer el checking nos informaron que teníamos derecho a desayuno. Al llegar al restaurante desayunar, la recepcionista nos informó que solamente había desayuno para una persona. Al pagar nos dijeron que no que ninguna persona tenía desayuno, y obviamente tocó asumir el costo de los dos desayunos. Debían desde el principio. Informar la situación. Lo molesto es que le cambien las reglas del juego. Ni la persona Que estaba en el checking ni la persona que estaba en el acceso al restaurante. Tenían idea de nada. Al llegar claramente la señorita en la recepción, informó que como no era de Cajica, no sabía sobre vías ni sobre nada. Deben entrenar mejor al Personal

Wonderful room, beautiful hotel.

Not many options for food at the hotel. A shame that the restaurant Testaduro downstairs closes at 5pm. There are restaurants outside, but not at the hotel.

Decepcionante para un hotel 5 estrellas La relación costo-beneficio es pésima. No ofrece nada que realmente justifique las cinco estrellas. No incluye parqueadero, el jabón de baño es de pésima calidad (uno pequeño como de hotel barato), las pantuflas son básicas y de mala calidad, y en general no hay detalles de confort ni servicios diferenciales. Lo único aceptable fue la cama, pero por el precio esperado debería ofrecer mucho más. No lo recomendaría ni volvería a alojarme.
