The Buena Park Hotel & Suites

There was absolutely nothing I saw as a " positive" about this place. The only "upside" is location. The location is convenient for anyone going to the attractions in the area. But i cannot stress this enough, this place is disgusting.

Do NOT let the lobby fool you. The rooms are old, dated, dingy and ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. If you can, stay somewhere else. I beg you. When arriving at the room there was a sticky spot on the desk. When putting items away I discovered "Drug paraphernalia" ( was obviously used to smoke meth) in the bed side table. Huge red flag because that obviously means the staff did not clean the room at all. Then when I brought this hazard to the attention of the night shift worker, he did not offer any solutions to this huge problem. Just asked " what do you want us to do?" Unfortunately we had nowhere else to stay so decided to stay the night and cancel the rest of our trip in the morning and get a refund. When we got back to the room, it was like all hell broke loose. ROACHES everywhere and I mean on every surface, including inside the coffee pot. I mean this is a serious infestation. Obvious stains litter the towels, chair, lamp shades and walls. We promptly checked out in the morning after 20 mins going back and forth with the front desk and booking online help we finally got our refund.
