The property was clean and comfortable.

The potholes were a little deep and the pool was not open. The shower curtains need to be a little longer so the floor doesn’t get wet.

The pillow for the beds were couch pillows. The walls were dirty. The bathtub looks like my grandmother‘s bathtub. Bed was stiff. You could hear everything from outside, including the semi trucks.

The customer service the ones are dirty. The facilities are malfunctioning toilet doesn’t work sink doesn’t work They leak. carpets are dirty.

Location was near American dream mall and a local mall that had great stores to shop at.

The pool was out of order, said breakfast was included and that wasn't breakfast. They gave a muffin and a box orange juice. The place is dusty, old, furniture had stains on it. Overall need to be upgraded.

How close it was to the American Dream Mall

Everything. Bed, awful. Sofa bed, horrendous. Broken, not working, peeled paint, stains, quick fixes everywhere. Room keys had to be switched every time we left the room. Phone wasn’t connected to call the front desk. You could hear everything outside at night from the highways and construction. Breakfast was actually a joke; muffin and OJ in a to go bag. There was no water for hours. Water once fixed was low pressure and barely warm. Worth $60 a night at the most. I barely took photos but attached a few.

First of all the positive - the girl behind the front desk on my check in date was extremely helpful and the location is hard to beat. Now the bad - well rooms are old, antiquated, ac did not work (despite changing my room), no hot water the second day, fitness and pool closed, no hot breakfast (despite claiming there was supposed to be one at time of booking), had to get door keys made multiple times cuz the locks on door stopped working frequently, and last but not least not least one of the employees was also pretty frustrated that the owner do not maintain the upkeep.

It was close to everything

We only have one elevator working. You had to keep coming down every night to get your card key fixed to your room. Then I tried to get turned down service, before I left for the day to only come back and the room was never done.
