The front desk was nice and helpful

During our stay there was a lot of things that were not up to satisfaction The first thing would be the pool was shut down due to a filter issue there was issues with the elevator not working and not being in service when we first arrived it was working later that night it was not working it was out of service and we had to transport back and forth up of eight flights of stairs The refrigerator was not cold leaking and smelt like mildew as well as the room smell like mildew and there were no extra linens in the room when I try to call down to the front desk to request more linens as far as pillows blankets and towels washcloths the phone in the room did not work. I would like to be compensated somehow for the inconvenience of all the things that we're not up to myself or my family satisfaction Please email me at megancanino@gmail.com

nada, pesimo lugar, asensor dañado, sin piscinq funcional, sucio, incomodo, el aire demasiado frio

mala atencion, el asensoe no funcionaba, el desayuno horrible, tuvimos quw bajar las maletas y aubirlas 6 pisos, con un niño pequeño, las carpetas suoer sucias, los muebles de la sala de star, sucios, no daban ganas de sentarse alli, pésima experiencia

The breakfast was a basic hotel breakfast. Staff was great. Bus stop is across the street from the hotel. A good variety of stores within walking distance

The hotel needs a little remodeling but its okay. The elevator broke 2 days before check out and they kept telling us they were either waiting for the company or the company was fixing it. When we checked out it was still broken. We were on the 6th floor.

It wasn’t as expensive as other hotels

The elevators, the fitness room and other amenities were out of order, so we had to walk the stairs all the way up to the 6th floor. Beds were full, not queen. The hotel, while clean, needs repair and upgrades.

Se encontraba a unos pasos del inicio del recorrido del bus 320 que te lleva directo al Authority Bus Terminal. El personal amable. Hay tiendas a las que puedes llegar caminando TJmax - Burlintong - Wallmart

Uf el elevador estuvo buena parte descompuesto y nos tocó una habitación en el último piso, llegar de recorrer la ciudad y tener que subir las escaleras no hace gracia, la piscina está en mantenimiento por lo que no fue posible relajarse un momento.
