"great service, even after we left the property."

I realized in the middle of the afternoon after we left that I had left my very special (at least to me) hat on the shelf in the closet area. I found the property telephone number and called. After some confusion, a very nice young man named Bridge told me the hat had been found! i was so relieved! I asked him how I could get it sent to me and he told me that the manager would call me the next day for verify the billing info for the shipping. I didn't hear from anyone so I decided to call back and spoke to a sweet lady who told me the hat was there but she was unsure about the message that had been left with the hat. I confirmed that they could use the credit card on file for the shipping and she assured me the hat would be sent to my home. I was so happy to know that my hat would be returned to me. Thanks for the great hospitality, even after we had left your property.
