The property has the look of a Federal penitentiary. I can't believe that ramada would put its name on a property that looks like this. the staff were friendly, but this property needs a massive upgrade.
Pre registration was not useful. I did it online and still had to fill out paperwork when I arrived as well as submit my credit card and driver's licence again. What was the point.
The stay was okay until we had a roach in our room
We weren't pleased with the condition of the room. The water faucets in the bathroom on the tub/shower was trickling at a pretty good rate. No bar soap or shampoo and conditioners. Mildew stains on the ceiling. The walls had scratch marks and needed to painted. The mirrored closet door was off the track, and was hard to open or close. You had to literally lift it up and slide it open and /or close. The price of the room was advertised at $104.00, I paid $172.00. After the fact I looked at reviews, same problems were reoccurring time and time again, lacking cleanliness and maintenance. Management responds were very apologetic and sorry their hotel wasn't up to our standards but it didn't seem like they have been bettering any of the issues with so many repeating over and over. I'd expect this shape condition of hotel at a low low cost with an hourly rate sort to speak.
I was shocked at how seedy this place looked. I didn't feel safe here and I left to find another place. I was charged for the room, but I wasn't even close to staying there.
Very surprised "Ramada" allows their otherwise good name to be associated with this property.
Nice rooms, customer service could be a little better, asked for more towels and never got them, will come back again nice area
