"The look of the room "

When I looked at my room the bottom of the door and the bath room door was all scratched up and the hallway smelled like weed . When the hotel is a non smoking place.

"3 Day Stay"

Very convenient location with lots of shopping near. The hotel was somewhat dated, but clean and that's what I care about. TV was a great size. Breakfast as expected. Service was friendly.

Nothing

That they charged my debit card 3x but mistake I guess. So it cost me $660 for a nasty hotel room and now I have to call my bank and wait probably 7 business days to get my money back. I just really wonder how many people they do that to thinking they don't pay attention. Smh
