Casa Blanca Hotel - Orange

The pool was closed. Hot water took a while to heat up. I liked the access to CA-55 both north and south bound. The 24-hour convenience store and gas station was nice. Some of the floor tiles were broken. I got my money's worth.

Huge room. Moldy bathroom ceiling, huge gap under door, pool was not working. Rooms do not look like pic. Messy area around the rooms. Bathroom window wide open with no screen. Shower didn't empty. Just a mess.

We stayed here last year, but it seems it has become a bit run down, dead bugs in our room, ants, run down bathtub with calcium build up, and questionable people around…It overall felt it hasn’t been deep cleaned in a while. We ended up staying elsewhere for our two nights, we got offered another room but we declined seeing the state of our initial room, didn’t want to bother hopping around the rooms. But unfortunately this place has gone down in the last year.

I wasn’t going outside after dark. First time I’ve ever used DoorDash. Someone lit off fireworks every night right outside my door. Not the little ones either. The crap my pants ones. Doors constantly being opened and slammed closed. People reving engines in the parking lot. I think a lot of people live at this place and they might not like visitors. Staff is nice but can’t go back.

When I got to the counter to check in the receptionist told me they were over booked and charged me extra to upgrade to a “bigger” room which in my experience was the same thing I booked a king sized bed.. the air conditioning system was broken so our room was hot called the receptionist and said there was nothing they could do because they were over booked and I booked with a third party. The bathroom toilet was disgusting. I’ve stayed at this hotel 4 times within the last 2 years and this would be my last it has deteriorated so much the pool has never been opened regardless of the time of year I’ve stayed. This is a waste of money and land they need to remodel or sell the property to someone who will take care of it.

Good budget hotel. Clean, safe

I booked this motel because it was close to my son’s college, planning to stay two nights. Unfortunately, the room was not clean or well-maintained. The bathtub looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time—there was hair in the drains, mold along the caulking, and stains that made it unusable. The furniture was also stained, which was uncomfortable and unappealing. I barely managed to get through one night but couldn’t bring myself to stay longer. When I asked for a refund for the second night, the motel just wanted to move me to another room. If cleanliness, comfort, and basic hygiene matter to you, I would not recommend staying here.
