The pool is drained and coffee machine in my room was broken. also nobody at the front desk has been working there longer than a few days apparently because no one knew how to do anything and had to call their manager about every question I had lol

they kept me at the front desk for over an hour because they couldn't get their money from Expedia virtual card. they finally let me into a room and it was in disarray. Bathtub had black stains and was coming apart. the lights were nots all working. overall felt dirty and not maintained. Expedia did refund my money and I found a better hotel that night.

We wanted to get in the pool, and the pool wasn't working. Yes he asked if we wanted a refund but after 6 hr drive we just didn't want to look again for a hotel
