Dawn created the best Caramel Macchiato I've had in a long time...complete with a carmel heart on top of the foam and delivered with a smile! What a ray of sunshine this woman is! My egg sandwich, kindly delivered from the kitchen, was delicious perfection as well. Thank you for the great coffee, yummy sandwich, and wonderful experience.

I recently completed a five‑day stay at this hotel and found the experience thoroughly pleasant. The accommodations were comfortable, and the overall environment was well maintained. I would like to commend Michael at the front desk, whose professionalism was truly outstanding. His exemplary service significantly enhanced the quality of my stay.

I don’t usually leave hotel reviews, but I really like this property and wanted to share some feedback about the cleaning products being used. The room we initially checked into had a very strong chemical fragrance that felt harsh and overpowering. It was intense enough that I asked the front desk if we could move rooms. The staff member was very helpful and moved us to a “non-allergic” room, which we appreciated. I would encourage the hotel to reconsider the types of cleaning products used, as the overwhelming scent may be difficult for guests with sensitivities.

Everything was great until I was falsely accused of smoking cigarettes in the room & charged $250!!

I don't like being accused of something I didn't do by people who don't know me! I didn't smoke cigarettes in my room & im very offended! There's a scam going on & the manager (Jerome Hopkins )is in on it!
