Everything perfect, booked for one night and ended up staying longer because the service Ahmad provided on the first day was amazing, he made us feel so comfortable and had to stay for the rest of our trip. Also Aisha was amazing, the staff there make you feel like royalties and it’s hard to to say goodbyes to these lovely people xx

It’s a nice and clean property rooms are Reno and upgrade staff was very efficient and friendly. It was fast check in. Room service was great. Overall was an excellent experience.

The gym is still old and need upgrades I was a member of this gym in 2001 unfortunately they never upgraded the gym equipment since then.

"Everything about the stay was excellent."

Friendly and helpful staff. They gave us a very early check in which was great after long flights. We enjoyed the spa with a massage and steam. Matthew in the breakfast room was especially helpful. The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed a great meal at Kolya. All in all I’d highly recommend the 4 points Sheraton.
