Booked this hotel because we had Hyatt points. Location was so good however the first room had this odor my husband couldn’t stand it and asked to be switched. Second room was much roomier still the bathroom toilet and the sink drain had this nasty rotten odor that I held my breath every time I was in there. All the rooms are carpeted in brown tone. There are positives. The hotel is in the mall with many shops and restaurants. Wolfgang steakhouse, ichiran ramen, tons of restaurants and shops in multilevel. We also had club access to the lounge and the breakfast was really nice. A big difference from our experience with our rooms. Would I go back? No.
