쇼핑 센타하고 연결 되어서 아주 편리 했다 다만 조식은 생각 보다는 가격대비 별로 여서 한번만 이용 했다

너무 원리 원칙에만 따르는 호텔 직원의 융통성이 아쉬웠다 30분 연장의 체크아웃 요청에도 절대 불가 방침이 호텔 방침 인듯 하다

One of the few luxury hotels in Fukuoka and it is the best choice. Great location next to the big shopping center of Grand Cabal City Concierge is very good and can book restaurants for you. Room is comfortable and cleaned quite quickly. New upmarket food court has opened in basement.

Excellent team, service, rooms, and location next to a nice mall. Room had all amenities, excellent shower, tub, closet.

We stayed for three nights in a Club room in late March. The room was great - clean, large and also had a bath :) The location is very good - close to a subway and easy walking to a number of areas. Check in was pleasant and quick but, apart from that, we saw and interacted little with the staff. We would have welcomed more opportunity to do so as this is the first time that we have visited Fukuoka and any guidance would have been very helpful. The Club Lounge was amazing and the best I have experienced. My only disappointment was, at times, the lack of vegetarian options. I hope that this is something that they take on board and change as one night I had very little choice. Overall, we would recommend. And if we return to Fukuoka we would stay again.

One word. Exceptional. Ideally situated in Canal City area of Hakata 5mins (if that) walk from the Kushida Temple station and adjoined directly to the Canal City Mall (and yes, the temple itself is very close by, as well as the canal ways). Literally everything at your doorstep in terms of food, entertainment, shopping; that's not even mentioning the multiple and varied eating options contained directly in the hotel itself (including live music ensembles). Loved the fact they have an ice dispensing machine as I like my beverages ice cold. Friendly and accommodating staff. Exquisite decour and feel of the hotel. I literally cannot say more about this place. Highly recommended A+++++
