Air con is just about adequate in how cool it gets.

- Parkplatzorganisation schlecht - lange Wartezeiten beim Chek-Inn - Unfreundliches Personal beim Empfang - Sehr unkooperativ bei Problemen: Wir haben aus versehen das falsche Datum gebucht (2Monate später), und mussten für dieses Wochenende nochmals den vollen Preis zahlen, obwohl man es vom Hotel aus problemlos umbuchen hätte können!! Aber nicht die geringsten Bemühungen um das Problem zu lösen.!!! Man schiebt lieber die Schuld auf Booking.com, obwohl die uns nach Rücksprache gesagt haben, wir sollen das direkt mit dem Hotel selbst bereinigen. Aber null Rücksicht, null Bemühung, sondern nur abkassieren!! Sehr schlechte Erfahrung, nicht zu empfehlen!!

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The work out room was air conditioned and well equipped. Did not try the spa or sauna given the heat wave.

The room could have been a little cleaner. There was visible coffee splatter on the cover of the radiator next to the bed in our room that was there when we checked in and remained untouched for the 3 day stay. The coffee maker was also broken in our room (plastic water reservoir was cracked and leaked upon initial use) and we had to wait until the maintenance person came at 9am to replace it. Additionally we were staying during the recent heat wave (mid 90s every day) and the rooms were extremely uncomfortable from a temperature standpoint. I assume it is normal for many European hotels to not have air conditioning but this hotel stated it had A/C which was the reason it was chosen. There was only 1 A/C vent per room and the hotel had the thermostat set at a certain temp (too high) which could only be lowered by a few degrees which was practically useless. Sleeping was rather difficult despite taking cold showers right before bed. We also found out the outside shades (used to reduce sun exposure against the windows) were broken in 2 of the 3 rooms but it did make a noticeable difference in the 1 room that had them functioning - the inside curtains did nothing. It would be nice if they maintained their rooms/heat reducing measures more effectively as it would have been a much more pleasant stay if it would have been cooler in the rooms.
