Staff was nice, but the front desk hours are limited to 9-5. Room was spacious and clean.

Booking.com stated that there was breakfast at this location, but there was no breakfast. No hot water for my shower- it was somewhere between lukewarm and cool. Pillows were rather lumpy and the hallways had an odd smell. The building was an odd mix of resident owners and hotel-like rentals.

Kids were very loud at pool in the morning (we were in our room and it sounded like they were right outside our window) but nothing you can do about shared space like a hotel

Easy to find

TV didn't work. After reporting it to staff, nothing was done. Building maintenance was horrible, very visible rust and rot on the exterior of the building, the pull out couch had old dried on food on it. Very noticeable smell of mildew in the room. No vending or amenities available.

I have stayed here many times

I almost left before my second night sleeping there because the people under me were fighting, screaming, cursing, slamming doors (which mad their dog bark) and it was alllllll day long. I heard it at 1pm-3pm got back to my room at 12am and they were still screaming, banging things, slamming the door and being obnoxious until I finally put headphones in after 1am to not listen to it anymore

Absolutely amazing staff! The suite was winderful, comfortable bed, great kitchen. Loved our stay!!!

The TV was not clear, fuzzy channels, bad reception. Very frustrating!!! Also the internet was down for days on end.
